HOKA wanted to launch Bondi 9 through an immersive brand experience that made product innovation tangible, drove foot traffic, and generated social buzz. The objective was to translate cushioning and performance benefits into a culturally relevant activation that could engage runners and lifestyle audiences in Hong Kong.

We designed an experiential pop up environment that expressed Bondi 9 technology through space, interaction, and narrative. A local lifestyle partnership extended the experience into everyday culture, while a social activation program encouraged user generated content, hashtag engagement, and platform native sharing to amplify reach beyond the physical location.
