The objective was to translate culture into a scalable brand narrative that could work across digital, retail, and experiential touchpoints while enabling local nuance.

We reframed the internal principles into 10 Ways of Practice, shifting concepts into lived behaviors and consumer language. A messaging architecture defined narrative pillars, tone guidance, key phrases, and localized use cases. An integrated content system provided modular assets and prompts that teams could deploy consistently across channels and markets.
